What am I doing?

Trying to stay motivated

I've been back in NYC for three and a half months now.  I've been up and down in emotions but just trying to keep myself busy.  I've taken on a 30 day Bikram Yoga Challenge.  In addition to my  writing, I felt like I needed to get in shape and that I needed something else to occupy my time.   I chose a more tranquil yet rigorous exercise to try in order to connect my mind, body and spirit.  So far its working.  I feel better but sore.  I'm thinking more clearly.  I haven't seen any weight loss but.I'm ten days in and I'm sure it will come.   Now is the time for me to just be at peace, focus on what God wants me do, take action, and be patient.   I'm waiting lord...eagerly.
